Our Story

I am Lulezim Marra, and my journey with tourism began in an unexpected way. I have a background in business management and media, working as a content creator since 2008 and producing documentaries for international networks such as Euronews, Al Jazeera etc. Through these projects, I had the opportunity to capture the rich traditions, history, and culture of Albania.

In 2016, I started working as a representative for a travel company organizing tours to Turkey. I found joy in seeing people happy and satisfied with the travel experiences I was helping to create.

The turning point came when I returned to Albania. Although my work in tourism had been seasonal, something remarkable happened—travelers from Qatar, Europe, and the US started reaching out to me directly, asking me to organize their trips to Albania. They recommended me to their friends, and before I knew it, I had become a trusted guide for visitors eager to explore my homeland.

The Birth of Cratour.al

With this vision in mind, I created Cratour.al, which stands for Crafting Tours—because every journey should be designed to fit the traveler’s unique needs. My goal is simple: to offer visitors an authentic, stress-free experience of Albania, free from tourist traps, and guided with honesty and expertise.
